Winterwind is the premier global conference dedicated to wind energy in cold climates, bringing together scientists, engineers, manufacturers, developers, consultants, investors, wind farm owners, O&M providers, and policymakers from around the world. Over three days, we explored how to enhance reliability, performance, and operational resilience of wind turbines under extreme environmental conditions — from icing and low temperatures to Nordic-specific weather impacts.
A special highlight was the exchange of knowledge on technical and operational strategies that help improve turbine availability and safety in cold climates — themes that directly align with our work at Custom Wind Solution Plc. , especially in O&M and blade inspection technologies.
